Preset Start Option Stopwatches

The Fastime RW3 Copilote watch has a choice of prestart options. The default option is to start on the next whole minute. But the prestart time can be set by the user to any time (e.g. 30 seconds) or even a date in the future. This function is commonly used in rallying.
